Sagai dates are famous for their two toned color and texture. At their base, they are golden and slightly dry, while the rest of their body is brown and soft. Sagai dates have a cylindrical shape and are characterized by a mixture of red and yellow. Popular in the Arabian peninsula, these dates have a high nutritional value, rich in dietary fiber, and a good source of vitamins and minerals.
